Question: Do you charge tax?

Answer: Per Federal Government regulations, we must charge tax on items shipped to the state of Missouri. By state law, for Missouri orders, the sales tax gets added on the total that includes shipping. The current rate is 7.7%

Question: What kind of payments do you accept?

Answer: We accept PayPal and United States Postal Service money orders. You may order online if you have an PayPal account. Click here to sign up www.paypal.com.

For USPS money orders, you’ll need to mail your product order and money order to Suzanne Shenkman Designs 6324 Mardel Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63109. We’ll process the order upon receipt of the money order. Please include your phone number in case we have any questions on your order.

Answer: Since each Suzanne Shenkman Design is unique, each individual order will take about five business days. If the selection you make is something we have in-stock, then it will ship the next business day. Please contact us directly about timing on large or wholesale orders.
