Question: Do you charge tax?

Answer: Per Federal Government regulations, we must charge tax on items shipped to the state of Missouri. By state law, for Missouri orders, the sales tax gets added on the total that includes shipping. The current rate is 7.7%

Question: What kind of payments do you accept?

Answer: We accept PayPal and United States Postal Service money orders. You may pay online if you have an PayPal account. Visit www.paypal.com and paypal the payment to slshenkman@yahoo.com --it's easy!

For USPS money orders, email us to arrange details.We'll process the order upon receipt of the money order. Please include your phone number in any correspondence in case we have any questions on your order. Thank you. Peace.

Answer: Since each Suzanne Shenkman Designs is unique, each individual order will take about five business days. If the selection you make is something we have in-stock, then it will ship the next business day. Please contact us directly about timing on large or wholesale orders.
